    Complaint Regarding Missing Order and Lack of Communication (Order Number: 62459)

    Dear Spiral Direct Customer Service,

    I am writing to formally request immediate clarification and resolution regarding my outstanding order, as well as the ongoing lack of communication from your team.

    On 6 February, I placed an order after receiving a stock notification for the following item:

    Order Number: ***** Item: METAL STREETWEAR - Sleeveless Stone Washed Worker Black Quantity: 2 Size: M Total: 50.00 CHF with additional shipping cost

    Since then, I have received the following communications from Spiral Direct:

    9 February: "Your Order Is Still with Us" email

    13 February: "Thank you for shopping with us" email indicating 237 pending loyalty points

    Despite these messages, I received no updates on dispatch. I contacted you multiple times via your website contact form, and by email (*****, *****, *****), but received no reply. I also attempted to reach your Mailorder phone line (+44(0)20 86 6789 22 (9:00 - 18:00 Uhr) several times without success.

    After posting publicly on your Facebook page, I finally received a shipping notification on 25 March. However, the email stated that the order was shipped "via None" and provided no tracking number or link. As of today, the delivery has still not arrived.

    At this point, I have neither the products nor a refund, and no reliable communication from your side. This situation is unacceptable.

    I kindly request one of the following actions immediately:

    - A confirmed shipment with a valid tracking number, or

    - A full refund of the…
