When a young boy called Will mysteriously disappears, his friends decide to investigate. This introduces them to a girl known only as eleven; a seemingly ordinary girl, who just so happens to be able to flip cars with her mind. The events that follow this meeting shake the very foundations of the sleepy town of Hawkins.
